Fortune Gourmet Specialities Pvt.Ltd came into being in April of 1997. Fortune is built on a dedication and overriding passion for good food. Our love of fine foods will continue to drive every aspect of the company’s development. From our foundation as one of the only specialists in cheese, we have rapidly expanded into a broad range of products including processed meats, seafood, pasta and other specialty products. We presently source our products from Europe, the Far East, Australia, USA and India and pride ourselves on our ability to seek out the finest products. On a local level, our suppliers range from being the largest milk cooperative in Asia (G.C.M.M.F.Ltd.) to small specialist supplies of Cheese, Charcuterie and Processed meats. On a international level they range from Italian companies like Zanetti S.p.A to much bigger conglomerates like Grandi Salumifici Italiani S.p.A. Innovation, quality and authenticity have remained our watchwords and have not only won us recognition but have built us an enviable reputation as pioneers in the introduction of unusual, exotic and premium food products to inspire the most discerning of customers. We look forward to a very exciting future with the firm intention of remaining the country’s leading specialist importer and food distributor.


Infrastructure

Fortune Gourmet Specialities Pvt. Ltd is headquartered in Mumbai employing a large dedicated staff specializing in the provision of fine foods to Hotels, Restaurants, Flight Kitchens & the Retail sector.

The company’s multi temperature mother warehouse is situated at Bhiwandi outside Mumbai. From this warehouse, goods are dispatched to our distribution centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa & Pune. At all these locations we have multi temperature cold rooms and a full fledged sales and distribution staff.

From Bhiwandi, we also supply directly to customers in cities where we do not have distribution centres.

Fortune now draws on a national and international network of suppliers who provide products to suit the individual requirements of the company’s fast growing and varied list of customers.

Our managers cover a diverse range of markets and are experts in their own particular fields, covering, Hotels and Restaurants, Contract /Event Caterers and Retail outlets. They are backed by a full telesales and customer services department who are all on hand to deal personally and efficiently with customers’ individual requirements.

Our stated intention to be the preferred fine food supplier is based on a commitment to quality without compromise. This is further expressed through the highest levels of personal service, designed to help customers achieve their objectives in full, through areas such as bespoke menu development, recipe suggestions and even presentation ideas. By understanding and meeting customers’ individual and specialist needs in full, we tailor the service to add real value to the end product through an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Fortune as mentioned earlier distributes to HORECA ( Hotels & Restaurants) Modern Trade ( Large format Retail) General Trade (Small Retailer) Airline catering and ship chandlers.

Of J.W. Marriott) and Chef - Jean Christophe Fieschi ( Exec. Chef of Grand Hyatt), look to Fortune to meet their specialist needs.

We work very closely with all our manufactures to specially develop products to meet the needs of discerning professional chefs who want the best but also expect value for money. In addition, our Consultant Chef is on hand to help with recipe suggestions and ideas for menu development. From the finest quality Prosciutto di Parma to the freshest Mascarpone we provide foods to inspire and excite both our customers and our customers’ customers alike!
