We presently source most of our products from India Europe and Australia and pride ourselves on our ability to seek out the finest products. On a local level, our suppliers range from being the largest milk cooperative in Asia (G.C.M.M.F.Ltd.) to small family owned boutique cheese manufactures (Flanders Dairy). On a macro level they range from Italian companies like Zanetti S.p.A to much bigger conglomerates like Italia Salumi S.p.A.
